Manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and ensure effective utilization of products. | Requires 5+ years in relevant industry and 2+ years in ERP, with excellent communication and organizational skills. | Job Description: • Working with Sales, develop and maintain strong relationship throughout the account’s organization. • Manage projects to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions being provided by Epicor. • Develop key goals and metrics for each account, measure and report on them monthly or quarterly. • Define and implement programs that support defined objectives. • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalation as needed. • Manage contracts, billing, rebates (if applicable) – provide Epicor management time to respond to contract renewals and price change options. • Hold at a minimum quarterly meeting with each account. • Work with customers to ensure Epicor products are being utilized effectively and efficiently. • Support implements an annual operating plan process.
