Rate: $60 - $70 / hr. w2 Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Architect, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration, testing, and deployment. • Collaborate with developers to optimize release processes, troubleshoot deployment issues, and improve software delivery. • Implement and manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. • Oversee containerization practices (Docker, microservices) and ensure system scalability and resilience. • Develop monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions to maintain high system reliability. • Champion DevOps best practices, including automation, security, and performance optimization. • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers when needed. Requirements: • Proven expertise in deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts, workflows, and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.). • Development experience — comfortable writing, reviewing, or troubleshooting code in any modern programming language (Python, Go, Java, C#, etc.). • Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Helm, etc.). • Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code and configuration management. • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in debugging distributed systems. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
