At Clearway Health, the Talent Acquisition team is responsible for the recruitment services for both exempt and non-exempt roles across Clearway Health. A successful talent acquisition partner will contribute to the goal of attracting and retaining the most qualified and productive employees for the Clearway Health organization. You will build partnerships with various levels of management with assigned department oversight to understand requirements and contributions of each role being sourced. As a talent acquisition partner, you will develop and implement specific recruiting strategies to target ideal candidates and increase sourcing efforts. You will support leadership with a consultative approach, sharing recruiting trends, specific business intelligence and various recruiting activities. This contract Recruiter role will focus primarily on Pharmacy based positions including Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Liaisons, and Staff Pharmacists. This is a short-term contract opportunity (approximately 3-4 months), ideal for someone looking to contribute quickly and make an immediate impact. While this role will have no guarantee of extension, the possibility of extension will be based on performance and organizational needs As a talent acquisition partner, you will: Review and screen applicants daily to ensure the most qualified candidates are processed and communicated to, targeting the desired skill set and behaviors through behavioral based interviewing Conduct in-depth intake meetings to identify key deliverables of the role and ensure hiring team alignment for interviewing process and requirements Manage the applicant’s experience throughout the hiring process to guarantee timely communication and excellent service Extend all offers of employment and ensuring compliance with all pre-employment requirements Provide data analysis and recruiting reporting for various levels of leadership Have a deep understanding of assigned business units to efficiently and effectively recruit Possess a strong working knowledge of ATS management to open requisitions, audit for compliance, and ultimately run reporting through the system. Consult with compensation and hiring managers to identify appropriate compensation levels based on candidate’s experience. Facilitate and process internal employment transitions including promotions, transfers and reclassifications associated with a requisition. Support regulatory and accreditation related programs, as well as quality / performance improvement efforts throughout the organization Manage all required licensure and certification requirements prior to hire, ensuring licenses are current and in good standing. Support hiring managers across multiple departments to recruit the most qualified talent while providing a high touch level of communication with hiring managers and the interview panel teams, acting as a consultant for best practices. Attend recruiting and hiring events as needed Required Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required 3+ years in pharmacy or healthcare recruiting experience Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications Understanding of pharmacy licensing requirements for hiring purposes Preferred Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration or Communications 5+ years in high volume recruiting for pharmacy at all levels Creative sourcing strategies including partnerships with vocational programs, schools, and recruiting events Certificates/ Licenses / Registrations Required: N/A Knowledge / Skills / Ability: Experience with online recruiting & sourcing systems including LinkedIn Ability to manage staffing related initiatives as assigned. POSITION SUMMARY: As an experienced marketer who is comfortable with independent decision-making, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering effective communication and engagement to collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all channels that highlight Clearway Health’s innovative specialty pharmacy services. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Corporate Communications Develop, execute and analyze comprehensive internal and corporate communication strategies to align with organizational goals, values, and initiatives, adjust accordingly Create engaging content for corporate communication channels across various internal platforms (e.g. Slack) including newsletters and email communications, while exploring new channels like texting and intranet Collaborate with department leaders to gather relevant information, stories, and updates for dissemination among employees Support People & Culture by assisting with documentation, messaging, and campaigns for programs such as recognition/awards, DEI, and culture Take ownership of project requests related to internal and training documents Maintain the internal Style Guide, ensuring all corporate communications adhere to brand guidelines Oversee the Company Store program including merchandise maintenance and administrative activities including wallet and inventory management Content Creation Develop compelling marketing content aligned with brand voice, including case studies, blog posts, white papers, email copy, and sales collateral Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex healthcare topics into accessible and engaging content Assist in creating and collating marketing materials as needed, working with design and print vendors Partner with Client Success Managers to create client marketing assets, including patient-facing materials and other pieces of marketing collateral as needed Collaborate with Director of Marketing and Communications with copywriting for poster abstracts and speaker submissions for major pharmacy and other industry conferences Collaborate with Director of Marketing and Communications with speaker preparation including PowerPoint development, script writing and dry runs Digital Marketing Work closely with colleagues across marketing, client development and corporate operations to create and manage project plans and campaigns for various digital marketing activities Build strategies to publish display, social media, SEO and web advertisements and build schedules for each digital campaign Support lead generation and post-event follow-up strategies in collaboration with Client Development and Marketing leadership Social Media Management Manage all social media activities including post creation, graphic creation (using a freelance designer) and monitoring tags, mentions and other activities Manage LinkedIn and YouTube channels Support management of Facebook page for talent acquisition Event Management Coordinate events and meetings by identifying, assembling, and organizing requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and managing mailing lists to ensure event success Manage deliverables for each conference and event, including content, graphics, videos, and collateral Handle sponsorship, membership and attendee registrations and paperwork Develop prep sheets for each event, helping company attendees organize their trip and conference attendance Support company webinars by managing registrations, speaker preparation, live logistics and follow-up General Keep current of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in corporate communications and marketing and apply them to your work Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for completion of new and different requests Prepare regular reports and presentations that communicate campaign outcomes and key insights Manage outside vendors, including project coordination and billing JOB REQUIREMENTS: Required Education and experience: A bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a relevant field EXPERIENCE: Combined experience of 5+ years of experience in marketing and internal/corporate communications or a closely related specialty is required with a preference for experience in the healthcare industry. Mastery of Microsoft products, including Word and PowerPoint, is required. Preferred Education of experience: Proficiency in graphic design or working alongside graphic designers is advantageous. Understanding the commercial printing process is advantageous. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Required certificates, licenses, or registrations: N/A Preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Certificates in fields related to digital marketing and website development/optimization are helpful. Google certification is a plus. Extensive knowledge of predominant digital marketing platforms is critical, including Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Hubspot or similar. A good grasp of marketing automation and lead software is also beneficial. Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of professional marketing content.
