Initiate regular and continuous communication gatherings involving site employees and the Market Manager. • Evaluate and create detailed action plans to meet the site's requirements and achieve the intended goals. Maintain and organize all site documents and handbooks. • Oversee and direct store staff to guarantee timely and accurate completion of necessary reports as requested. • Oversee and direct store staff members to guarantee that all products are appropriately stocked, displayed attractively, and priced accurately. • Make sure that all necessary work-related notices and signs are placed in a location that can be easily reached by all staff members. • Analyze the financial data related to daily sales and expenses and make necessary decisions to enhance sales and overall profits. Develop budgets and predictions for profit and loss components while also grasping and overseeing the margins of merchandise. • Ensure the protection and proper tracking of all funds received and spent. Working Conditions for Store Operational Manager: • Most of the tasks are conducted indoors; however, occasional outdoor duties such as cleaning parking lots, gas pumps, and disposing of garbage may be necessary. • Supervising or managing store employees as they work in a walk in cooler and/or freezer may involve occasional exposure to extreme cold temperatures. • Have occasional exposure to noise while working autonomously with minimal supervision. • Always perform proficiently in the roles of manager, supervisor, and leader.
