Upholding our high standards and offering efficient and friendly customer service are key. Regular and predictable attendance at the store location is a must. You will contribute to preserving the quality of our food program. Showing authentic concern for customers and being a positive example for your colleagues are critical. Demonstrating a sense of urgency, tolerance, and leadership is essential. You're good at: • Supervising a team of workers or executives • Recruiting, interviewing, and the selection process consist of finding, assessing, and bringing onboard suitable candidates for roles • Delegation and follow-up • Sharing knowledge and motivating peers • Planning and organizing • Expressing your blueprints and concepts persuasively • Cash-handling and bookkeeping • Problem solving • Advocating and empathizing • Safety and Security It is a delight to possess these attributes: • Retail experience • Having supervisory or management experience means having the skills to make decisions, resolve conflicts, and provide mentorship and support to team members • Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills • Experience handling food • High School/College Degree(s) Physical Requirements of Associate Store Support Manager: • Able to sustain standing and walking activities for a duration of 8 hours • Shift or heft loads of up to 30 pounds from ground level to above the head for a duration of up to 30 minutes in a single shift • From time to time, raise and/or bear weight up to 60 pounds to waist level • Raise your arms and apply a 20-pound force by pushing or pulling • Perform waist bends with added twists for a period of up to sixty minutes in every working session • The ability to grasp, reach, and maneuver objects with the hands involves coordinating visual cues with manual movements, which might involve tasks like climbing a ladder to store or fetch items and to affix or disassemble signs Circle K is an Equal Opportunity Employer that adheres to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and all disability regulations at the state and local levels.
