Regular, predictable onsite presence is a requirement. Your contribution will be significant in maintaining the quality of our food program. • Demonstrating sincere concern for customer satisfaction and serving as a role model for colleagues are central elements of this position. • Exhibiting urgency, patience, and leadership skills are fundamental to success. You're good at: • Running a team of workers or managers • Engaging in recruitment, interviews, and hiring activities includes the tasks of attracting, assessing, and appointing candidates for specific roles within a company • Delegation and follow-up • Transmitting knowledge and motivating individuals • Planning and organizing • Describing your proposals and insights comprehensibly • Cash-handling and bookkeeping • Problem solving • Advocating and empathizing • Safety and Security It is fantastic to possess these traits: • Retail experience • Having experience in a supervisory or management capacity implies having a deep understanding of team dynamics, individual strengths, and areas for improvement • Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills • Experience handling food • High School/College Degree(s) Physical Requirements of Associate Retail Operations Manager: • Competent in being upright and moving for a total of 8 hours • Shift or raise loads of up to 30 pounds from the ground to overhead within a 30-minute timeframe during a work shift • Periodically raise and/or transport objects weighing up to 60 pounds to waist level • Exert a force of 20 pounds by pushing or pulling with your arms in an elevated position • Engage in waist bending with occasional twisting motions for a duration of one hour per shift to enhance physical flexibility • The act of using one's hands to grip, extend, and control objects requires the coordination between visual input and manual skills, which may include climbing a ladder for storing or retrieving materials, as well as positioning or taking down signs Circle K is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
