In this role, you will translate research, policy and standards priorities into scalable digital products that support our "Foresight to Influence" vision. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand complex problems, define product requirements, prioritise delivery and guide cross-functional teams to build solutions that deliver measurable value. You'll own product roadmaps, influence strategy, and help introduce AI-enabled approaches that improve how product artefacts are created and how users experience our digital platforms. What You'll Do Partner with research, policy and business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into clear product requirements. Own and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring priorities align with business needs and long-term strategy. Act as the bridge between business and engineering teams, communicating priorities, timelines and expected outcomes. Lead product delivery from discovery through implementation using Agile product management practices. Create and manage product requirements, user stories and supporting documentation. Ensure products are delivered against agreed objectives, timelines and performance expectations. Drive continuous improvement by measuring product performance and refining priorities based on insights. Explore opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve product management processes, documentation and decision-making. Support digital products across the Research & Policy Center portfolio, including elements of the Codes and Standards product portfolio. Provide leadership across projects, with the opportunity to oversee contractors supporting key initiatives and potentially grow into future people leadership responsibilities. What We're Looking For Demonstrable experience leading digital products through the full product lifecycle within a product management environment. Experience working with research-focused organisations, research products, or complex research-driven environments. Proven ability to translate business problems into clear product requirements and work effectively between business stakeholders and engineering teams. Strong product roadmap ownership and prioritisation experience. Experience applying Agile methodologies, including backlog management, user stories and iterative delivery. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams. Experience delivering complex digital platforms or applications. An analytical mindset with the ability to understand user needs and define measurable product outcomes. Interest in applying AI tools and emerging technologies within product management. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (especially MS Teams); experience with webinar platforms, SharePoint, or Salesforce is a plus.
