Reporting to the NA Director of Sales, this role will play a critical part in expanding market presence, executing customer-focused initiatives, and supporting revenue targets within the Southwest/West Coast region. POSITION OVERVIEW • This position will work directly with customers to develop solutions and drive specification and commercialization while expanding current territories. This person will employ a hands-on, problem solving, technical approach to application development. I • This person will build pipeline opportunities, while closing existing ones, driving and accelerating the growth engine of our business in North America. • Drive sales to meet budget and strategic plan revenue / profit targets. • Maintain regular follow-up with customers on projects, driving their specification of the process and ultimately commercialization of customer programs. • Grow the project pipeline and develop business with a hands-on approach, through customer presentations, processing trials, regular contact with technical and other staff at customer. • Work closely with our R&D and manufacturing teams to develop answers to technical product questions and any other aspects of the product necessary to facilitate scale-up and commercialization. • Present technology to technical groups and organization. • Develop and execute strategic market plans to promote product/service through different market segments. • Manage contractual agreements and ensure compliance with existing customers. • Maintain and develop cross functional business relationships with key decision makers, at all organizational levels. POSITION REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required • Candidate must be fully bilingual for consideration • Experience with Metals/Steel considered a plus • This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holder. • Hands-on technical development skills with stainless steel (preferred by not required), mechanical and functional parts. • Ability to translate customer application requirements into product performance attributes – Inventive, creative, problem-solving approach. COMPENSATION: This position includes Base Salary $125k-$150k base salary plus 25% bonus, car allowance.
