Position Summary The OpEx Coach will lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, manage and mentor teams on active projects, and drive the adoption of efficient, compliant laboratory practices. Key Responsibilities • Lead, coach, and track a portfolio of continuous improvement and OpEx projects to ensure completion and sustainment. • Optimize the Daily Management System within laboratory operations, including effective huddles, visual management, and Leader Standard Work. • Train and coach site personnel to strengthen OpEx and Lean capabilities. • Drive laboratory cycle time improvements to meet or exceed performance targets. • Support deviation cycle time reduction initiatives to ensure timely closure of investigations. • Partner with lab leadership to build long‑term operational excellence capability. • Lead Root Cause Analysis initiatives aimed at reducing recurring deviations and improving quality outcomes. Required Qualifications • Experience in a GMP environment, ideally in aseptic or laboratory operations. • Background in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business operations, or related field preferred. • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical operations.
