IAM Operations Analyst – RACF (CICS) Remote - Must be in EST 12-month Contract (with potential for extension or conversion) • *Unable to Provide Sponsorship or Do C2C** Position Overview We are seeking a skilled IAM Operations Analyst to join a high-performing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team within the HHS Security and Mainframe group. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in RACF and CICS along with a solid background in identity and access management operations. This role will play a key part in ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant access management across mission-critical mainframe systems. Responsibilities • Manage the lifecycle of user identities and accounts across mainframe systems • Maintain access controls and permissions in accordance with organizational policies • Generate and analyze reports related to IAM activities and compliance • Perform queries and data pulls to support audit and operational needs • Collaborate with security and mainframe teams to ensure smooth IAM operations • Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues • Contribute to documentation and process improvement initiatives Required Skills • Strong experience with RACF (CICS) in a mainframe environment • Hands-on experience with IAM tools and processes • Ability to query systems and generate detailed reports • Understanding of compliance and audit requirements • Strong communication and collaboration skills Team Environment • Security Team: 10+ members supporting HHS • Mainframe Team: 4 members • Highly communicative and collaborative work culture Work Arrangement • Onsite in Georgia twice per week initially • Flexibility for remote work over time • Preference for candidates based in Georgia BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH BROOKSOURCE: • Direct communication with the hiring manager, which allows us to move candidates through the interview process faster. • Dedication to keep an open line of communication and provide full transparency.
