Job Duties: • Own commercial AV integration projects from kickoff through final completion • Lead project kickoff meetings and establish project execution plans • Coordinate with Project Coordinators, Purchasing, Engineering, Sales, and Installation teams throughout the project lifecycle • Manage installation schedules, equipment procurement, and delivery timelines • Oversee subcontractors and ensure work aligns with project requirements • Communicate regularly with clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships • Monitor multiple active projects simultaneously while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality expectations • Visit project sites to verify progress, support installation teams, and ensure successful project execution Skills Required: • Previous project management experience within the commercial AV integration industry • Strong understanding of commercial AV systems and integration projects • Knowledge of how AV systems interact with construction trades and job site activities • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in varying stages of execution • Experience coordinating purchasing, installation scheduling, subcontractors, and equipment logistics • Proficiency with project scheduling, documentation, and project management software • Previous hands-on experience as a Commercial AV Installation Technician • Experience managing 20–30 active projects simultaneously • Knowledge of commercial construction project workflows • Experience coordinating field teams and installation managers

This role is responsible for improving operational processes, creating and maintaining critical documentation, and driving business initiatives from concept through completion.
