Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to Metro Detroit, Michigan. Relocation assistance or remote work is NOT available for this position. Key Responsibilities: • Perform cost analysis to ensure pricing remains competitive while supporting profitability • Evaluate customer RFQs and coordinate with internal teams to meet project requirements and timelines • Respond to customer inquiries, build strong relationships, and drive overall satisfaction • Provide daily operational support to the Sales Manager and assist in business initiatives • Draft, edit, and compile proposals, contracts, and related documents • Develop impactful presentations by gathering data, organizing materials, and creating visuals using PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools • Conduct market research on both domestic and international levels and prepare detailed reports • Monitor and track sales activities, metrics, and performance goals Required Skills & Qualifications • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills • Strong creativity and ability to develop innovative solutions • Foundational knowledge of costing principles and financial analysis • Ability to deliver exceptional customer support and relationship management • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset Through our unique ongoing touchpoint program, personalized orientation, bi-yearly appreciation lunches, company-sponsored charitable events, and our flagship family Woodward Dream Cruise event.
