What We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; active CPA required. • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant Big 4 public accounting experience (technical accounting / national office experience a plus). • Strong, current knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, with demonstrated ability to research technical issues and write clear, well-supported position papers/memos. • Experience with technical accounting areas such as stock-based compensation (ASC 718), leases (ASC 842), revenue (ASC 606), debt, and business combinations. • Public company experience and a working understanding of SOX internal controls and the external audit process. • Fintech or SaaS industry experience is a plus. • Hands-on experience with NetSuite and/or Oracle and Workiva preferred; advanced Excel skills. • Excellent communication and cross-functional partnering skills; comfortable operating in a fast-paced financial close environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
