Role Overview: As the Treasury Manager for Product and Payments Enablement, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing treasury functions that support our product and payment initiatives. You will ensure efficient cash management, risk mitigation, and seamless payment operations to drive business growth and operational excellence. What You'll Do: - You will oversee daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity management. - You will collaborate with product and payments teams to enable smooth financial transactions and payment processing. - You will develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to mitigate financial risks. - You will manage banking relationships and negotiate terms to optimize service and cost. - You will analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for treasury strategies. - You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. - You will lead treasury system enhancements and automation projects to improve efficiency. - You will mentor and guide junior treasury staff to build a high-performing team. What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of experience in treasury management, preferably within fintech or financial services. - You possess strong knowledge of cash management, payment systems, and financial risk management. - You are proficient in treasury management systems and financial analysis tools. - You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - You hold a relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with product and payments teams in a technology-driven environment. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to payments and treasury. - Professional certifications such as CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or CFA. - Experience with treasury automation and fintech platforms.
