Role Overview: As the Treasury Manager for Product and Payments Enablement, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the company’s treasury functions related to product development and payment systems. You will ensure efficient cash management, risk mitigation, and seamless payment operations to support BILL’s growth and innovation. What You'll Do: - You will oversee daily treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management. - You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to enable payment solutions that align with business goals. - You will manage banking relationships and negotiate terms to optimize financial services. - You will implement and maintain treasury policies and controls to mitigate financial risks. - You will analyze payment processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and security. - You will support regulatory compliance related to treasury and payment activities. - You will prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. - You will lead cross-functional projects to integrate treasury functions with new product initiatives. What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience in treasury management, preferably within fintech or payments. - Strong knowledge of cash management, payment systems, and banking operations. - Proficiency with treasury management systems and financial software. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams. - Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management in financial services. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a high-growth fintech environment. - Familiarity with product development cycles and agile methodologies. - Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools. - Professional certifications such as CTP (Certified Treasury Professional).
