What You’ll Do: Program Leadership & Execution Lead integrated program planning across Operational process transformation, Training development and deployment, Data & Analytics and Business Technology development lifecycle The primary systems include, but not limited to, Salesforce and Marketo development and deployment and automation initiatives, ensuring cross-functional workstreams are aligned, dependencies mapped and risk mitigated Coordinate with the PM/Scrum team to drive detailed program schedules and project plans, tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
