Direct responsibility for FFS generation and meeting set targets while assisting in service revenue retention through the compliance of service contract performance to plan and renewal based on performance and value of service provided. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction through related metrics such as elapsed time, open calls, capital contract compliance, 24-hour repairs, etc. Partner to develop and present quarterly business reviews to customers. Identify and resolve problems, efficiently and strive to provide consistent communication. Ensure compliance by demonstrating, instructing and monitoring all federal, state, and local regulations and company policies while supervising to ensure the implementation of all continuous improvement opportunities for all operational processes and standards. Your role at Baxter The Sr. Project Specialist is responsible for the site planning and implementation of Baxter's very sophisticated product line at medical and healthcare facilities throughout a dedicated region. Baxter's surgical portfolio of products within this position consists of surgical and examination lights, equipment management systems (booms), video integration, and overhead patient lifts. This is a remote role that requires travel throughout the Northeast (75%). What you will be doing • Responsible for delivering construction projects on time, on budget, with high customer satisfaction • Attends coordination meetings as needed to ensure site readiness progresses appropriately • Defines site specific installation requirements • Collaborates with internal resources to determine production lead times • Schedules and outlines installation implementation plan • Coordinates in house and third-party equipment integration (i.e., video cables, custom monitor mounts, etc.) • Performs post-install quality review ensuring customer satisfaction • Supports outside sales with product specifications and technical support • Maintains pre-installation and rough-in information for 3rd party contractors • Displays strong leadership skills in overseeing Product implementation projects • Provides excellent communication skills to build consensus and influence others across multiple internal and customer organizations • Proactively identifies, communicates, and resolves customer issues that threaten the success of the project both internally and at the customer site. Candidate must show the ability to manage customer issues in a proactive manner and provide customer-focused solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. • Regularly communicates the status of multiple projects to customer project and ‘C’ level management, Baxter senior management, and internal project team members. • Utilize effective change management best practices in leading product implementation projects. • Proactively identifies out of scope opportunities during the execution of implementation projects and pursues them in concert with the appropriate team members. • Assists in measuring customer satisfaction during and after installations. • Focuses on meeting or exceeding established project metrics, including pre-install planning, risks/potential issues and risk mitigation strategies, project delivery and closeout. What you will bring • Bachelor’s degree required • An understanding of construction and previous experience with medical equipment is a plus • Experience managing capital equipment projects is a plus • 5+ years of relevant experience • Ability to proactively seek out future pitfalls and develop strategies to mitigate or avoid setbacks We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 plus an annual incentive bonus. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
