Ensure compliance with DCAA regulations and GAGAS in all financial operations. Lead implementation and optimization of NetSuite modules, reporting, and workflows to support government compliance. Identify and adopt new technologies, tools, and automation to streamline finance operations. Serve as primary liaison during DCAA audits, supporting requests and resolving findings. Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures related to government contracts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA license required. 5+ years of experience in government contract accounting and compliance. Strong knowledge of DCAA rules and GAGAS standards. Proficiency with NetSuite (must-have) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (must-have). Experience preparing Incurred Cost Submissions and Provisional Billing Rates.
