Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Project Manager Location: Las Vegas, NV (Can be remote) Duration: 6+ months Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of CRM initiatives, ensuring successful execution across planning, implementation, and adoption phases. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of project management expertise, technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, and stakeholder management skills to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM projects (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.), ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget. • Translate business requirements into functional and technical deliverables in partnership with solution architects and technical leads. • Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and external vendors. • Drive project governance, reporting, risk management, and quality assurance. • Ensure alignment of CRM solutions with business objectives, industry best practices, and Microsoft standards. • Oversee data migration, integrations, customizations, and security configurations. • Facilitate stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive updates. • Champion user adoption and change management activities, ensuring smooth transition to end users. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale CRM implementations (preferably Dynamics 365). • Strong technical understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and Power Platform. • Hands-on exposure to integrations, data migration, reporting, and automation within CRM. • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities. • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or PMP/Prince2 certification (preferred). Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 8–12 years of total experience with at least 4–5 years in Dynamics 365 CRM project management.
