We are looking for a Principal Partner Program Manager, Partner Services to join our channel and alliances team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Partner Programs, you will design and scale our global partner-delivered services model. In this role, you will build a comprehensive framework to enable and govern partner-led implementation, integration, managed, and co-delivery services – ensuring partners can deliver exceptional outcomes at scale. • Program Design & Strategy: Build a global partner-led professional and managed services frameworks from the ground up, defining scalable delivery models, partner competencies, certification tiers, and capacity development strategies to enable ecosystem-led service delivery at scale. • Operationalization & Governance: Establish core operational frameworks, including QA processes, performance SLAs, referral and subcontracting workflows, and partner performance metrics. Ensure delivery readiness and quality through system integration across PRM, CRM, and PSA platforms. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Services, Legal, and Partner teams to embed partner-led services into the broader go-to-market motion, enabling seamless handoffs, shared accountability, and a trusted partner services experience from pre-sales through post-sales execution. • Partner Enablement & Engagement: Evolve partner service creation, implementing a structured service blueprint that tracks the full ramp from zero capability to go-to-market readiness. This includes partnering with enablement teams to mature enablement paths, role-based certifications, hands-on delivery training, and toolkits to support repeatable, high-quality service delivery across the partner ecosystem. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) • 7-10 years of experience in partner programs, professional services, managed services, consulting/advisory, and SaaS GTM strategy. • Proven success designing partner programs that support professional, advisory, and managed services motions to support ISV to partner value exchange at a global level, including defining service models, commercial terms (e.g., stackable MSSP discount models, monthly consumption billing), and operational frameworks. • Strong business acumen and excellent communication/presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences. • Comfort working with legal agreements, policies, procedures, and financial models. • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, global cross-functional initiatives via influence. What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Previous experience at Global System Integrator, National Solution Provider, or other large ISV. • Strong grasp of partner economics, partner profitability modeling, and Exposure to consumption-based or subscription-based managed services models in sell-to and sell through motions. • Experience launching and scaling partner programs as part of a broader portfolio. #LI-JK1 #Remote Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
