This is a remote position based in Illinois, however, occasional travel to customer sites and internal events may be required. Reporting to the Sales Engineering Director, you’ll be responsible for: Hiring and developing the sales engineering team. Refining the sales engineering processes such as discovery, technical qualification and proof-of-concept. Developing solution and customer proposals and deliver product and solution demonstrations Providing advice and support response to requests for proposals (RFPs), i.e. present recommendations and associated benefits to clients. Collaborating with a variety of our teams to ensure solutions are implemented and supported following client expectations. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in sales engineering or systems engineering with at least 5 years managing and directing a sales engineering team. Excellent knowledge and prior experience selling network security technologies. What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Participate in regional industry events and with other organizations as subject matter expert.
