Reporting to the Director of Regional Marketing – South & LATAM, you will be responsible for: • Developing and executing data-driven, cross-segment marketing plans for the TOLA region that drive pipeline growth and brand awareness • Leveraging tools like SFDC, intent data, and Tableau to enhance targeting and guide key accounts through the buyer’s journey • Building strong partnerships with marketing, sales, and channel teams to deliver a unified GTM strategy • Executing multi-channel programs and impactful customer experiences such as events, digital series, and roundtables • Collaborating on brand and thought-leadership initiatives that resonate with key decision-makers in the region What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications) • Experience in a high-tech B2B environment developing demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns • 5+ years’ experience in a field marketing role, with a track record of delivering measurable marketing results • Experience tracking ROI and analyzing performance across campaigns, events, and programs • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to align across levels and functions and deliver a unified “One Zscaler” experience across all customer touchpoints • Proficiency with SFDC, Marketo, Tableau, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office • Willing and able to travel within the TOLA territory and occasionally outside the region (up to 30%) What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Strong experience with both digital and in-person marketing tactics, including live events, ABM campaigns, and partner programs • Demonstrated success managing end-to-end campaigns and events in the IT or cybersecurity industry • Prior experience supporting regional sales and partner organizations within the IT or cybersecurity industry Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
