Stakeholder Engagement: • Communicate project status to clients and internal stakeholders. • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units. • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers. Team Leadership: • Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members. • Conduct training sessions on AWS services and best practices. • Supervise staff and manage cross-functional teams. This role bridges business needs with technical capabilities, ensuring the Salesforce platform delivers maximum value to users and aligns with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Define and maintain the product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives. Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer value and business impact. Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product direction. Stakeholder Collaboration Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. Build strategic partnerships across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.). Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field. 3–5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with Salesforce. Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, including Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
