Stakeholder Engagement: • Communicate project status to clients and internal stakeholders. • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units. • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers. Team Leadership: • Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members. • Conduct training sessions on AWS services and best practices. • Supervise staff and manage cross-functional teams. This role bridges business needs with technical capabilities, ensuring the Salesforce platform delivers maximum value to users and aligns with organizational goals.  Key Responsibilities  Product Strategy & Vision  Define and maintain the product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.  Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer value and business impact.  Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product direction.  Stakeholder Collaboration  Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.  Build strategic partnerships across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.).  Gather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and customers to refine product features.  Product Development & Lifecycle Management  Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.  Oversee the full product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, maintenance, and retirement.  Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.  Platform Management  Manage Salesforce configurations including roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and reports.  Stay updated on new Salesforce features and recommend enhancements.  Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.  Performance Monitoring & Optimization  Define and track KPIs such as customer satisfaction, adoption rates, conversion rates, and sales cycle time.  Use data analytics to assess product performance and identify improvement opportunities.  Conduct training and provide support to internal teams on Salesforce usage. Required Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field.  3–5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with Salesforce.  Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, including Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.  Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.  Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, or Technical Architect) are a plus.
