Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for working with the Lines of Business (LOB) Subject Matter Experts to translate LOB problems into requirements, process changes, test cases, data mapping, etc. The incumbent manages/assists with updating/creating business requirements, process documentation, data mapping extracts and test plans and manages/assists with user acceptance testing. The incumbent works with the project managers to complete and update project documentation and deliverables and provides expert input and best practice guidance on areas of subject matter expertise. Primary Responsibilities: Works with LOB Subject Matter Experts to update/create business requirements, process documentation and data mapping extracts. Responsibilities may include database management, report generation and analysis depending on LOB. Understands the business problem and is able to translate into requirements, process changes, test cases, data mapping, etc. Manages/assists with the creation and execution of test plans and user acceptance testing. Clearly communicates with LOB partners, understands the problem at hand and ensures end-product quality. Works with the project managers to complete and update project documentation and deliverables and attends project meetings. Provides expert input and best practice guidance on areas of subject matter expertise. Manage complex projects with multiple vendors, define scope and deliverables, oversee project teams, manage budgets and risks, and communicate with senior leadership. | Must have strong experience with waterfall and agile methodologies, vendor contract and package management, technology project oversight, and executive-level communication skills. | Senior Project Manager 10+yrs ( w2 profiles only ) Should be Willing to relocate Responsibilities: • Manage projects that involve multiple vendors and complex integrations • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables • Develop and track full scale project plans including external integration points and dependencies • Establish and coordinate project teams • Direct and oversee the project team • Define project tasks and manage project resource allocation • Manage project budgets • Identify project risks and issues and develop and execute mitigation plans • Manage project changes to achieve project goals • Monitor and report project status to all stakeholders • Provide guidance and direction to external vendors as applicable • Participate in quality audits • Develop Requests for Information/Proposals (RFI/RFP) for external services as applicable Must Requirement's • Waterfall and Agile Methodology: Must have strong experience running waterfall, agile and hybrid projects, aligning processes, deliverables and project metrics/dashboards/reports as needed; Experience with various dependent projects potentially being executed with different methodologies • Vendor Management: • Experience with Vendor contracts management; • Experience with and Vendor package implementations; Strong experience in managing internal, external and hybrid teams • Technical: Prior experience managing technology roadmap projects; General knowledge and understanding of the technology field and technology projects; Understanding of core infrastructure • Executive presence and effective communication: Must be able to clearly articulate project updates to stakeholders and members of the senior leadership team; Must possess a strong presence with confidence and polish; Excellent planning and coordination skills
