Full Description

Senior Project Manager 10+yrs ( w2 profiles only ) Should be Willing to relocate Responsibilities: • Manage projects that involve multiple vendors and complex integrations • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables • Develop and track full scale project plans including external integration points and dependencies • Establish and coordinate project teams • Direct and oversee the project team • Define project tasks and manage project resource allocation • Manage project budgets • Identify project risks and issues and develop and execute mitigation plans • Manage project changes to achieve project goals • Monitor and report project status to all stakeholders • Provide guidance and direction to external vendors as applicable • Participate in quality audits • Develop Requests for Information/Proposals (RFI/RFP) for external services as applicable Must Requirement's • Waterfall and Agile Methodology: Must have strong experience running waterfall, agile and hybrid projects, aligning processes, deliverables and project metrics/dashboards/reports as needed; Experience with various dependent projects potentially being executed with different methodologies • Vendor Management: • Experience with Vendor contracts management; • Experience with and Vendor package implementations; Strong experience in managing internal, external and hybrid teams • Technical: Prior experience managing technology roadmap projects; General knowledge and understanding of the technology field and technology projects; Understanding of core infrastructure • Executive presence and effective communication: Must be able to clearly articulate project updates to stakeholders and members of the senior leadership team; Must possess a strong presence with confidence and polish; Excellent planning and coordination skills
