Establish and lead the WI Operations PMO for Americas, providing integrated governance, prioritization, planning, and execution discipline across strategic initiatives. Own the operating cadence for the portfolio, including charters, integrated plans, milestones, resource requirements, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and executive-level reporting. Serve as the WI Operations PMO lead for regional network activities, coordinating the operations sub-streams while assuring uninterrupted operations activities, clear ownership, timely escalation, and benefits realization. Lead and coordinate Treatment 80/20 Product Line Simplification activities in Operations, translating portfolio and customer segmentation insights into executable Operations priorities, complexity-reduction actions, and measurable value-creation plans. Support new product development programs by driving Operations readiness, capacity and capability assessment, make/buy alignment, launch risk management, and manufacturing ramp-up plans. Facilitate VAVE pipelines and execution with Engineering, Product Management, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Finance, and site Operations to deliver product cost, quality, lead-time, and complexity improvements. Create transparent portfolio dashboards and KPIs covering schedule, cost, benefits, resource capacity, operational readiness, integration progress, and business impact. Identify cross-project conflicts and constraints, facilitate fact-based decisions, and escalate critical risks or trade-offs to the appropriate leadership forums. Standardize PMO tools, templates, governance, and best practices while maintaining the flexibility required for different sites, acquisitions, and program types. Build strong relationships with site leaders and global/regional functional teams, ensuring alignment between business strategy and site-level execution. Act initially as a senior individual contributor, leading through influence and cross-functional teams; build the capability to manage direct reports as the portfolio and organization evolve. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and disciplined execution across all assigned programs. Up to 50% domestic travel. The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range. What You Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field OR equivalent relevant experience. 5+ years of experience managing projects within manufacturing, industrial, engineered products, automation, water technology, energy, or related industries. Experience managing customer-facing projects with responsibility for schedule, scope, and budget. Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, and margin management. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications PMP certification or formal project management training. Experience working within ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or Microsoft Dynamics. Experience managing contract-based customer projects. Knowledge of risk management, change management, and project controls. Engineering or technical product background. The PM will be responsible for overseeing the equipment design, coordinating the review and approval of equipment submittals, scheduling production, and handling any issues during installation. In addition, the PM will manage the scope, schedule, and cost of the equipment to deliver the project on time and under budget. Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities: Review project documents; examples include contracts, plans, specifications and all related documentation in their entirety and tailor project deliverables accordingly. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, consultants, suppliers, representatives and colleagues as necessary to effectively execute project deliverables. Review technical design and layout. Review and prepare data packages, submittal, and fabrication drawings. Review all electrical, mechanical, and civil aspects of project with appropriate staff. Document and communicate all deviations to the contract in the submittals. Upon receiving approvals from customer, release all equipment to the appropriate parties. Ensure compliance with project schedules. Interface with Operations staff for supply chain deadlines. Coordinate scope of work and pricing with third party vendors and suppliers. Prepare schedule of values for billing purposes. Coordinate installation and commissioning services. Issue warranty letter and follow project through warranty period. Notify appropriate accounting/finance personnel of warranty start and end dates. Travel to project sites, supplier's factories and technical conferences as required. Maintain an understanding of core process and control systems. Additional Responsibilities: Assist with product research and development as required. Participate and lead special projects as needed.
