This role will support a growing portfolio of industrial and advanced manufacturing projects and offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment focused on delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. This position will regularly interact with client leadership teams to provide project management guidance and help support successful planning and execution of capital projects. Your Impact As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex industrial facilities projects from planning through execution, while managing client relationships, project teams, schedules, and budgets. Responsibilities * Lead and manage complex industrial facilities projects, including advanced manufacturing, distribution, and process-driven facilities, through planning, design, construction administration and closeout. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring project objectives, scope, schedule, and budget are achieved. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architectural, engineering, and specialty consultants. * Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, staffing plans, and budgets. * Identify, monitor, and implement risk mitigation strategies to support successful delivery * Manage project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, invoicing support, and resource utilization. * Develop and maintain strong client relationships that contribute to repeat business opportunities and long-term client satisfaction. * Mentor junior project managers and support their professional development. * Support key pursuits and client development activities by contributing technical, project delivery, and client relationship expertise. Participate in proposal development, interviews and client presentations, and pursuit planning efforts. * Contribute to a collaborative team environment through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and support of project staffing and resource planning efforts. * Collaborate closely with regional and national Industrial Center of Excellence leadership to share best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field * Minimum 10+ years of experience managing industrial or manufacturing facilities-related projects * Proven experience leading project management and multidisciplinary design teams including direct and indirect reporting team members and partners. * Strong understanding of industrial facilities, manufacturing environments, and building systems * Experienced with alternate construction delivery models on greenfield and brownfield industrial projects including new construction, facility and system upgrades, and facility retrofits * Excellent client management, communication, and leadership skills * Skilled at managing project financials, schedules, and contracts * PMP certification or PE license preferred, but not required Preferred Experience * Advanced manufacturing or industrial facilities project experience * Experience working with large, complex projects and multiple stakeholders * Familiarity with design-build or alternative delivery methods WSP Benefits: WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on a providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career. Compensation: Expected Salary: $134,700 - $200,100 WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position within the state of Colorado, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. As a Senior Project Manager with us, you will lead a diverse group of engineers from project initiation through completion with minimal oversight. This includes regular communications and coordination with clients, managing expectations, writing, and managing proposals, creating change orders, composing budgets, invoicing and project closeout. YOUR IMPACT * Lead multi-disciplinary teams of Engineers, Designers and other staff through completion of multiple simultaneous projects ranging from small to large with a wide range of complexities and requirements * Independently prepare project work plans, proposals, and schedules, and obtain management/client approval * Lead and initiate regular communications with clients regarding project status and project quality, and proactively resolve issues * Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients and vendors, regulatory authorities and technical agencies, and the public.
