Program Details Duration: 7-week Leadership Development Training Format: The first 2 weeks (March 16-27) are in-person training held onsite at our DFW (Dallas) headquarters. Weeks 3-5 (March 30-April 19) you will be in the operation for on-the-job training getting first-hand experience of how our logistics operation runs. The final 2 weeks (April 20-May1) you will return to our Dallas headquarters in-person to complete the remaining academic coursework. At the conclusion of the 7-week program you will shift to a full-time Manager level position within one of our operational business units. Job Summary The role of Operations Manager involves directly supervising Warehouse, Airport Ramp and/or Customer Service associates. These teams move cargo by push carts, tugs and forklifts in and around our indoor/outdoor warehouse facilities that are located on airport property. This is a roll up your sleeves job that supports a talented team of professionals who ensure goods and passengers arrive on time to destinations across the United States. An Operations Manager leads the team following our structured processes and guidelines, keeping the safety of all our team members first. They work with the team to ensure that customer satisfaction, safety, security and quality exceed standards for their assigned shift. They also maintain and control all required aspects of the operation during their shift in accordance with the corporate security program and TSA legislation. Responsibilities • Lead and supervise operational teams during assigned shifts • Ensure safety, security, quality, and service standards are met or exceeded • Execute operational plans and respond to real-time challenges • Support employee engagement, performance, and accountability • Maintain compliance with TSA and corporate security requirements • Learn and reinforce standard operating procedures across multiple functions • Participate in leadership development training throughout the fellowship • Support continuous improvement initiatives Minimum Requirements • High School Diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Aviation) • 2 to 4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or large-scale service environments; a four-year degree may substitute for experience • Veterans and transitioning military candidates encouraged to apply, especially with logistics or leadership backgrounds • Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Preferred: experience in large logistical operations (air cargo, warehouses, transportation, ramp operations) • Ability to obtain a TSA airport badge • Ability to pass the WFS-NA background check and drug screening Perks & Benefits • Want your pay in advance? Job Summary As an Air Logistics Warehouse Associate you will contribute to the timely delivery of Express packages by loading and unloading of air freight containers, moving these containers from airplane to truck for on-time delivery to our customers at our airport location. This job is a cross-dock operation; your role is to move Express packages from aircraft to warehouse to trucks with no/minimal storage. Our indoor facility is an open-air environment and not temperature controlled, and you may work in or around aircraft. Curious to learn more about us and what we do, click on the link here.: https://youtu.be/IO-hfiM-buo Responsibilities • Load and unload Express packages from air freight containers to and from semi-trucks in a widely dispersed area. • Sorting, scanning and movement of small packages within the warehouse. • Buildup / Breakdown package containers ready for outbound/inbound flights. • Removal of tie-downs and other gear when loading and unloading. • Operate air freight handling equipment such as pallet jacks and gaylords (push carts). • Weighing, labeling, or make/break-down of gaylords or air freight containers . • Check air express containers for proper piece count, weight, dimensions and documents as appropriate per air safety and security guidelines. • Report to position on time, as scheduled, including mandatory overtime requirements, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays. • Successfully complete required computer based and on the job trainings . • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards . • Perform all functions in accordance with safety procedures and policies. • Work outdoors with exposure to extreme weather/elements, engine noise, and noxious fumes. Minimum Requirements • High School Diploma, GED or international equivalent required. • One-year experience in similar role preferred not required. • Valid Driver’s license. • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays. Peak Season (November-December) may require longer hours. • Ability to read, write and understand the English language. • Ability to understand and react to verbal commands and safety warnings, with and without, assistance of sight or visual aids. Preferred Skills • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends (i.e., Friday, Saturday and Sunday), and holidays. • Ability to judge distances. • Ability to successfully communicate with others. Physical Requirements/Working Conditions • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, multiple times a day. • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures, rain, wind and snow. • Ability to stand for an entire shift and move long distances across our facilities by foot. The role partners closely with Security Architecture to align SATS policies and standards with legal, regulatory, and benchmark expectations; executes enterprise compliance assessments; prepares regulatory submissions (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, NIS2); and coordinates evidence and interviews for audits. This analyst also manages the ongoing enterprise‑wide cybersecurity training program and, when required, directs the workload of consultants supporting this compliance “tower.” The focus is practical compliance: prove it, document it, and make it stick across the enterprise.Responsibilities Collaborate with Security Architecture to develop, review, and align SATS cybersecurity policies and standards with legal, regulatory, and industry benchmarks. Conduct assessments across the enterprise to ensure adherence to SATS cybersecurity policies and standards. Prepare and submit reports/attestations to regulatory bodies and schemes (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, NIS2) to demonstrate compliance. Collaborate with and, when needed, manage workload and direction of consultants engaged within the Compliance function. Deliver and manage an ongoing enterprise‑wide cybersecurity training program. Coordinate with internal/external auditors of enterprise security capability, managing requested interviews and artifact/evidence requests. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Compliance/Law, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered. 3–5 years in cybersecurity compliance, audit, or policy governance within a regulated or standards‑driven environment. Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CISA, CISSP, PCI ISA). Hands‑on experience conducting compliance assessments and coordinating audits. Preferred Skills Experience preparing submissions for certifications/regulators (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIS2). Background partnering with Security Architecture and cross‑functional teams (IT, Legal, HR, Internal Audit). Experience designing and delivering security awareness/training at enterprise scale. Exposure to managing or directing external consultants. Strong grasp of cybersecurity policies/standards lifecycle and their mapping to legal, regulatory, and industry benchmarks. Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, and NIS2 expectations and evidence requirements. Effective program management skills for rolling out enterprise training.
