You will own the full sales cycle, from initial contact to onboarding and expansion, and will be responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly sales quotas. Responsibilities Increase the monthly revenue from accounts through SaaS upsells and cross -sells. Upgrade customers to premium SaaS packages. Sell Workiz's embedded Communication and AI products to our existing software customer base. Become a product expert on Workiz’s suite of FSM, AI and communication offerings. Lead consultative sales processes, recommending and advising customers on the best-suited product upgrades/upsells. Manage a pipeline of potential upsell deals through phone calls, email campaigns, and scheduled meetings. Lead the entire upsell process, including product demonstrations, value proposition explanations, price negotiations, and closing the upsell. Assist customers with onboarding/migrating their communication platform to Workiz and optimizing related software configurations. Provide customer feedback to the product team regarding enhancement requests. This role requires a high degree of flexibility, supporting multiple teams and functions as needed. It demands adaptability, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to pivot between responsibilities to meet evolving business needs. This is a hybrid role working Tues, Wed and Thurs in office and Mon and Fri working remote. This role is open to candidates in the San Diego, CA and Austin, TX areas only. Salary range for this position is $80,000 - $93,000 OTE. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years experience in sales or account management with a proven track record of exceeding goals. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to establish rapport with customers at all levels, primarily via email and phone. Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of customer interactions. A creative problem-solving approach and excellent consulting skills Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments. Bonus Points: Previous experience selling SaaS or communication products. Knowledge of CRM software like Hubspot or Salesforce. Experience negotiating in consultative sales environment.
