Position Overview Google Project Manager / Change Management Specialist We are seeking an experienced Google Project Manager with exposure to Change Management for our Cloud Productivity team to drive successful delivery and adoption of Google Workspace and Gemini solutions for our clients. This hybrid role combines structured project execution with human-centric adoption strategies to manage successful Google Workspace migrations. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and engage stakeholders to ensure seamless technical transitions and high customer satisfaction. This role will be critical in guiding our customers through their digital transformation journey. You are both a structured project architect and a human-centric strategist. Working with cross-functional technical teams and client stakeholders, you interface with Woolpert customers from project kickoff through to full adoption, serving as their trusted partner. You will advise them on change strategies to address their most challenging adoption challenges and provide ongoing guidance after go-live. You will design change communication plans, facilitate training, and build champion networks to ensure our technology solutions drive meaningful business outcomes. You will team with Woolpert Professional Services to successfully deliver best-in-class, user-focused platforms for our customers, and champion cultural change throughout their enterprises. What You Will Do: Project & Delivery Management End-to-End Execution: Lead the planning, scoping, and execution of complex Google Workspace deployment and optimization programs. Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, ensuring transparent communication, risk mitigation, and alignment on deliverables. Resource & Timeline Ownership: Manage cross-functional teams (technical engineers, data migration specialists, and trainers) to ensure flawless execution. Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Define, track, and own delivery satisfaction metrics, proactively pivoting strategies to address client friction points. Profile Management: Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Change Management & Adoption Change Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies (communication, training, and resistance management) tailored to unique client cultures. Impact Assessment: Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to anticipate user friction during the transition to Google Workspace. Champion Networks: Build and nurture internal "Google Guides/Champions" networks within client organizations to drive grassroots peer-to-peer learning. Value Realization: Move clients beyond basic email/calendar usage, coaching them on how to leverage Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Meet, Chat, AppSheet) to transform their daily collaboration. What You Will Bring: Experience: 5+ years of experience managing complex IT programs, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Google Workspace deployments and Change Management. Certifications (Highly Preferred): Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP). Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum). Google Workspace Professional Administrator or Deployment Specialist credentials. Proactively identify provide resolution to project issues impacting profitability, client satisfaction, and other key performance indicators. • Lead project team and collaborate with Market Leads in the development and negotiation of project scope, schedule, fee, and contract terms for potential projects. • Support client relationships and business development in support of strategic business plan, promoting Woolpert as an industry leader existing clients and potential clients. • Act as key point of internal and external contact for project communications, ensuring continuous stakeholder communications. • Follow Building Sector Project Standards (BSPS) and collaborate with the PMO team with respect to project execution, reporting, and delivery consistency. • Lead formal project setup activities, including completion of Project Setup Forms, development of Project Execution Plans, establishment of billing plans, and facilitation of structured project kickoff meetings with the project team. • Maintain financial accountability across assigned projects, including budget variance management, forecasting, timely invoicing, accounts receivable follow‑up, and adherence to approved contract scope and authorization. • Oversee the quality of deliverables prepared by team members, including but not limited to budgets, work plans, risk mitigation plans, contracts, design deliverables, and other project documentation. • Oversee project resource forecasting, including initial resource loading, monthly forecast reviews, coordination with Subproject Managers, and proactive use of ETC variance to anticipate project financial impacts. • Provide ongoing project monitoring and control through use of Executive Summaries, regular team check‑ins, proactive change management, and enforcement of contract terms related to scope, schedule, and fee. • Provide clear, timely project reporting to leadership, finance, and executive teams, including financial performance, risk status, and key project metrics to support decision‑making. What You Will Bring • BS in Civil Engineering or Architecture • Minimum 10 years’ Civil Engineering or Architecture industry experience required in Project Management, Program Management, or Portfolio Management. • Experience in developing PMO procedures, documents, training material, reports, dashboards, and other management tools. • Ability to manage multiple clients and multiple concurrent projects. • Experience in Construction Administration, including the ability to communicate with cost estimators and general contractors. • Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and ability to facilitate discussions with project stakeholders. • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to negotiate, influence decision‑making, manage risk, foster teamwork, and deliver successful projects. • Ability to make sound decisions/recommendations based on the evaluation and synthesis of project information, data, context, and experience. • Experience with Project Management tools including MS Suite and enterprise resource planning, contract management, construction administration, project accounting, customer relationship management, and other virtual collaboration platforms. • Must be able to travel up to 10% for local, regional, and national clients and projects. • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
