Design site layouts and manage civil engineering projects including permitting and technical support.
Requires a BS in Civil Engineering, 1+ years experience, and EIT certification with knowledge of hydrology and Autodesk Civil 3D.
Job Description: • Design and create site layout plans in alignment with client requirements and Woolpert standards. • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop concept plans, grading plans, and site designs. • Provide technical support in site/civil design, hydrology/hydraulics, erosion and sedimentation control, and stormwater management • Coordinate permitting with County and local municipalities. Experience with local municipalities is a plus. • Strong interest and working knowledge in hydrology and stormwater management. • Proven ability to multi-task, appropriately prioritize workflow and complete tasks. • Work with project management team to identify impediments and develop / implement solutions to overcome obstacles. • Perform pavement assessments and compiling data and reports • Occasional field work, frequent local travel, and overnight travel as needed • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • BS in Civil Engineering • 1+ years related experience. • An Engineer Intern (E.I.) or Engineer in Training (EIT) certification. • Experience in Autodesk Civil 3d • Experience in Hydraulics and Hydrology preferred.
