The Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Business, or a related field. • Previous product management experience, preferably working with data- or ML-driven products. • Proven ability to deliver products end-to-end in technical, data-rich environments. • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts including model training, evaluation, prediction systems, and optimization logic. • Familiarity with data pipelines, feature engineering, and experimentation frameworks. • Experience working in Agile environments with engineering and data science teams. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences. • Analytical mindset with experience using SQL, dashboards, or data analysis tools • Mandarin language skills to support cross-regional collaboration.
