This ambitious team is building sophisticated tools that help modern businesses scale more efficiently, combining automation with strategic human insight. With a strong emphasis on learning, accountability, and thoughtful execution, the organization values people who thrive in fast-moving environments and take ownership of meaningful outcomes The Role: The Product Marketing Team Lead will shape how the market understands and values the platform’s capabilities. This leader will translate sophisticated AI-driven technology into compelling positioning and narratives that resonate with both practitioners and executive decision-makers. Owning go-to-market strategy, launch readiness, persona development, and competitive intelligence, this individual will drive alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. The role also includes mentoring a high-performing team and building scalable processes to support both product-led and sales-led growth. Responsibilities: • Define and refine product positioning and messaging frameworks • Lead go-to-market strategy for launches and feature enhancements • Develop persona insights and competitive intelligence • Create high-impact sales enablement and thought leadership content • Partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and revenue growth • Support ABM and lifecycle marketing initiatives • Mentor and develop a small product marketing team • Build scalable launch and enablement processes Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field • 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience • Background in adtech, martech, ecommerce, or retail media • Experience supporting both PLG and SLG motions • Strong storytelling and messaging capabilities • Proven go-to-market and competitive strategy experience • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment This is a high-impact opportunity to influence product direction, brand positioning, and market leadership within a rapidly scaling technology organization.
