Hybrid Work Schedule.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Direct supply chain requirements, planning, and activities related to assigned BU segment fulfillment activities and offers * Build relationships with I&C/WPB partner teams and identify where we can bring value to the BUs. * Lead members of commercial, operations and Supplier Performance teams to support delivery on fulfillment activities for I&C/WPB * Review open PO line items and help prioritize activities based on feedback from I&C/WPB operations teams * Resolve our Escalation Register issues submitted by the I&C/WPB BUs * Evaluate metrics for I&C/WPB partners with focus on on-time delivery. * Develop and implement process improvements to improve BU support. * Coordinate execution of procurements for I&C and WPB * Oversee our scope for I&C/WPB and lead understanding of BU leadership to meet their supply chain expectations. * Oversee Get to Green and Escalation process execution for I&C/WPB. * Lead the expediting team and provide daily leadership of group. * Lead end-to-end supply chain strategies, in close collaboration with the BU-segment partners, to ensure spend owners to maximize value * Coordinate with a centralized Commercial team to best serve the BU's 3rd party requirements. * Coordinate with centralized Operations team to oversee regional Procure-to-Pay transactional processes and escalate and lead issue resolutions. * Support suppliers' accountability for cost, schedule, and quality, aid in escalations to ensure you take actions promptly.   QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * 5+ years of experience in in global technical firm, with experience in business operations, account management, project management, and supply chain supporting departments with progressively responsible leadership positions. * Experience in the Nuclear industry preferred. * Engineering Procurement Construction sales and delivery supply chain experience preferred.   We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. You will work with the business project management organization to implement project procurement program management tools for managing project procurements. You will report to the Procurement Manager, I&C/WPB Projects and work remote. 100% Remote Role.   Key Responsibilities: Develop and oversee execution of project procurement strategies Build relationships with BU project teams to understand and develop solutions across I&C and WPB project portfolio Coordinate procurement activities to ensure agreement on our goals Contribute to project planning proposals and approval stage-gates Lead program-level risk management, compliance, and performance monitoring Partner with teams to improve sourcing strategies and supplier engagement Monitor KPIs and report on major project performance to senior leadership Guide process improvements and digitalization projects within procurement programs Mentor and support procurement project managers Support development of procurement strategies and plans together with Offer and Project Teams. Identify and capture the demand, identify potential suppliers, and establish a communication channel towards the suppliers. Support Commercial Teams with execution of sourcing strategies to achieve our goals while improving. Evaluate all elements of cost for commodity groups to identify and obtain cost improvements. Develop strategies to maximize supplier base cost/value. Develop relationships with important suppliers and team members while mediating and resolving contract performance issues. Use the corporate Approved Supplier List Process for sourcing requirements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Westinghouse's Procurement procedures. Manage supply and supplier commitments after making a purchase order or contract, including change and contract management. Support Accounts Payables for resolution of discrepancies between the supplier invoices and the purchase orders. Use Best-Cost Country Sourcing, with emphasis on middle/eastern Europe.   Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Business or Engineering Degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in supply chain management and large projects with at least 3 years in program management Experience in sourcing, supplier management and knowledge of supplier base for the nuclear sector is preferred. Responsibilities: • Develop sourcing strategies for specialty rigging, lifting, and heavy haul services across Legacy Plants (Outage & Maintenance Services) and New Plants (AP1000, AP300, eVinci). • Analyze market trends and implement competitive bidding strategies; maintain the Strategy Playbook and present insights to leadership. • Build and manage a diverse, supplier base; conduct risk assessments and lead supplier performance optimization. • Collaborate with supplier executive leadership and company partners to promote operational excellence and customer service. • Negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) and prices with supply base ensuring compliance with Westinghouse customer flow-down requirements. • Maintain deep category expertise by managing industry trends, best practices, indices, and geopolitical impacts within this global category. • Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) projects, including communication plans and supplier engagement strategies. • Support Global Trade Compliance in managing intermediary supplier approvals. • Improve annual cost savings projects to meet Global Supply Chain Services (GSCS) targets. • Conduct on-site visits to suppliers and customers to contribute to commercial discussions. • Resolve disputes with suppliers in collaboration with company partners to reach mutually beneficial outcomes. • Manage Corrective Action Reports (CARs) for logistics suppliers • Onboard new suppliers by managing contacts, completing Proprietary Information Agreements (PIAs), and overseeing ASL/QSL processes. • Perform commercial evaluations and prices with new suppliers. • Be a mentor to less experienced colleagues, providing support and knowledge-sharing to build team capability and confidence.
