Key Responsibilities Lead Production Services and Platform Support teams responsible for application stability, service reliability, incident response, resiliency, change readiness, and technology support. Translate executive strategy into actionable roadmaps, priorities, milestones, and deliverables. Drive timely execution across complex initiatives, ensuring commitments are met and measurable outcomes are achieved. Transform traditional application support models into platform-focused, engineering-led capabilities that improve reliability, scalability, automation, and service quality. Build and mature SRE practices, including service health measurement, observability, resiliency engineering, performance improvement, service restoration, and continuous improvement. Lead vulnerability management execution across the supported portfolio, partnering with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application Development teams to accelerate remediation and reduce technology risk. Coordinate end-to-end remediation flow across detection, prioritization, ownership assignment, remediation, validation, and closure. Drive adoption of automation and Agentic AI to reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, accelerate remediation, enhance service restoration, and increase engineering productivity. Lead modernization efforts across cloud, container, platform, and emerging technology environments while ensuring production readiness and supportability. Establish clear metrics, accountability routines, executive updates, and delivery checkpoints that provide transparency and drive action. Identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and organizational friction early, then lead resolution with urgency and ownership.
