Manage a portfolio of compliance and operational projects ensuring alignment with strategy, coordinate resources and timelines, track progress and risks, design compliance risk frameworks, and maintain compliance documentation. | Requires experience in portfolio and compliance project management, process improvement, governance frameworks, stakeholder engagement, compliance with prevailing wage and tax laws, audit planning, and collaboration with legal and operational teams. | 14180 – Compliance Portfolio/Project Manager (remote, 25% travel) – Juno Beach, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: Remote with at least 25% travel to Juno Beach, FL. Portfolio/Project Manager Required: • Experience in portfolio project management, process improvement, and strategic planning. • Expertise in developing and implementing process documentation and governance frameworks. • Experience in stakeholder engagement, and change management • Experience with project tracking tools, dashboards, and data analysis (Excel, Power BI, etc.). Compliance Project Manager Required: • Experience with project management to ensure compliance with budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals; • Experience interpreting prevailing wage, start of construction, and domestic content laws (e.g., Davis-Bacon, IRS classification); • Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance strategies and governance playbooks for prevailing wage and tax requirements; • Experience designing and managing Notice & Action Plan (NAP) frameworks to identify, assess, and remediate compliance risks; • Experience collaborating with legal, HR, operations, and construction teams to embed compliance into contracts and practices; • Experience overseeing the effectiveness of external consultants to align their work with compliance objectives; • Experience leading audit planning and reviews and driving executive reporting and risk analysis related to compliance; • Experience creating and maintaining compliance documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Responsibilities: • Oversee a portfolio of compliance and operational projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and objectives. • Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams and initiatives. • Track project progress, risks, and outcomes using dashboards and data tracking tools. • Design and manage Notice & Action Plan (NAP) frameworks to proactively identify, assess, and remediate compliance risks. • Ensure adherence to prevailing wage and tax compliance, start of construction, and domestic content kicker tax credit requirements. • Create and maintain compliance documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
