Position Overview: The HRIS IT Business Analyst II leads administration, optimization, and innovation within its Workday system. This position serves as a bridge between HR, IT, and Finance, providing senior-level support for Workday functionality, strategic analysis, technical solutions, and process enhancements. Create and maintain detailed documentation of system design, configuration decisions, and process flows Testing, Implementation, and Change Readiness: Lead testing efforts for enhancements, new features, and integrations, including test plan creation, test script execution, and UAT support. Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation processes and reconciliation of cross-system discrepancies. Assist in change management and training efforts related to HRIS feature rollouts or updates. Stay current on Workday releases and industry best practices to recommend improvements. Required Skills/Abilities: Expert-level knowledge of Workday modules, workflows, reporting, and integration capabilities. Demonstrated ability to lead HRIS initiatives independently from design to implementation. Strong documentation and communication skills; ability to clearly present data-driven insights. Conduct structured vendor research and due diligence, evaluating pricing, service quality, risk, and overall value. Develop and maintain vendor scorecards, KPIs, dashboards, and Vendor Management Snapshots for Tier 1, Tier 2, and strategically critical vendors while ensuring vendor performance data is accurate, current, and consistently reported. Track and support vendor onboarding, compliance documentation, contract deliverables, renewals, amendments, and escalations ensuring all required documentation, approvals, and system entries are completed accurately and on time. Position Summary: • The Marketing and Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day communications, external collaborations, and administration of the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, a program administered by Vibrant Emotional Health and funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys keeping up with news and current trending topics, is skilled at research and is an excellent writer. The candidate will also have strong interpersonal skills, an ability to build interdepartmental relationships, and be customer service oriented and collaborative. • Reporting to the Manager of Marketing and Communications, this person will support the execution of marketing and communications related to the no- and low-cost collaborations program in support of the 988 Lifeline’s grant goals and requirements. This includes research, warm and cold outreach to potential collaborators, meetings, and strategic planning, execution, and tracking of collaborations from start to finish with support and guidance from the Manager of Marketing and Communications. • ​The Specialist will play a lead role in supporting written correspondence to members of the general public who submit inquiries to Vibrant about the 988 Lifeline via the 988 Lifeline website’s Contact Us form. This person will track and respond to inquiries, collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot questions (STP, QI, etc.), and work proactively with these same teams to update templated responses and build new responses as necessary. The Specialist will also be well-versed in publicly-facing, help seeker 988 language and will be able to develop answers to inquiries on an ad hoc basis with guidance from their supervisor. • The Specialist is also responsible for redacting all positive testimonials that are submitted via the 988 Lifeline website for regular review and approval by the Director of Marketing and Communications Campaigns, and tracking and reporting on testimonials received. • The Specialist will also support the creation of public education messaging, tools, and website content in support of suicide prevention and mental health for the 988 Lifeline as requested. Duties/Responsibilities: • Help facilitate 988 Lifeline no- and low-cost collaborations through the lifecycle: conception to completion. • Track metrics and create reports based on needs and goals as required by SAMHSA. • Lead the Comms team’s portion of Contact Us responses; track metrics related to Contact Us for visibility to SAMHSA. • Track and redact positive testimonials from Contact Us form. • Support the creation of public education messaging, tools, and website content using approved help seeker language Required Skills/Abilities: • Experience conceptualizing and creating public digital messaging campaigns and materials, with a focus on addressing sensitive, complex and timely subject matter • Experience working with external and internal partners and teams • Managing multi-partner projects • Experience with digital platforms, including website CMS, Asana, etc. • Detail oriented; • Excellent writing skills, including proofing and editorial Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, journalism, media studies, communications or a related field • 2-4 years of professional work experience in a marketing and communications department of a complex organization; editorial and/or public relations experience in a nonprofit mental health, health, or human services organization a plus • Track record of implementing and facilitating projects from conception to completion • Ability to meet deadlines and anticipate future needs • Experience creating reports and tracking metrics • Flexibility and occasional availability on evenings and weekends for organizational needs • Some travel required; less than 10% Physical Requirements: • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time • Will constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer • Will frequently communicate over video calls with internal and external stakeholders • *This role is endowed/subsidized through September 2026, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and funding** Excellent comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, supplemental income insurance, pre-tax transit/parking, pre-tax FSA for medical and dependent care, and 401K available. 4 weeks’ vacation, plum benefits, etc. Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they believe they are able to perform every task in the job description.
