Cannot stress how important following up is. Understanding the veterinary industry from both top-down and bottom-up. You can sell to an individual veterinarian, but you also know how to speak the language of corporate executives, COOs, CEOs, and Chief Veterinary Officers. You understand their incentives, their priorities, their operational workflow, and how VetRec transforms their business at scale. Working cross-functionally with sales, implementation, and leadership. You’ll partner closely with internal teams to align enterprise priorities, run high-stakes conversations, ensure operational readiness for large rollouts, and maximize revenue from every account. Becoming a VetRec product expert. You must be able to clearly explain our enterprise value proposition, workflows, integrations, and ROI — and help corporate partners adopt VetRec quickly and confidently. Maintaining impeccable CRM discipline. No detail is too small. You will keep every interaction, follow-up, executive contact, health metric, and next step organized and up to date. Deep understanding of the veterinary industry or strong experience selling into healthcare, medical, or multi-location operational environments. Experience closing large, multi-stakeholder, complex deals with long sales cycles. A track record of consistent quota-crushing performance. Competitive, hungry, and execution-focused, with an innate desire to dominate the leaderboard. Experience in a startup or small high-growth company is a plus.
