This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution of cleaning projects across multiple client sites. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, a knack for scheduling and resource optimization, and a passion for building high-performing travel teams. Responsibilities • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with client timelines and internal capacity • Coordinate travel logistics, equipment readiness, and crew assignments for remote job sites • Lead hiring, onboarding, and training efforts for field technicians and support staff • Maintain clear communication across departments, including sales, safety, and field operations • Monitor job progress, troubleshoot delays, and adjust plans to maintain operational efficiency • Implement process improvements to reduce downtime and enhance service quality • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company standards • Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs, equipment usage, and budget requirements Qualifications • Experience in industrial services, field operations, logistics management, or military experience • Proven ability to lead teams in high-risk or remote environments • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations • Leadership style that balances accountability with mentorship • Resourceful problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset • **Veterans Are Encouraged to Apply***
