Operations Manager – Industrial Services Location: Jacksonville, NC Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional weekend or after-hours support based on project needs A leading industrial services provider specializing in bulk storage cleaning is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations, workforce planning, and logistical coordination. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution of cleaning projects across multiple client sites. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, a knack for scheduling and resource optimization, and a passion for building high-performing travel teams. Responsibilities • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with client timelines and internal capacity • Coordinate travel logistics, equipment readiness, and crew assignments for remote job sites • Lead hiring, onboarding, and training efforts for field technicians and support staff • Maintain clear communication across departments, including sales, safety, and field operations • Monitor job progress, troubleshoot delays, and adjust plans to maintain operational efficiency • Implement process improvements to reduce downtime and enhance service quality • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company standards • Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs, equipment usage, and budget requirements Qualifications • Experience in industrial services, field operations, logistics management, or military experience • Proven ability to lead teams in high-risk or remote environments • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations • Leadership style that balances accountability with mentorship • Resourceful problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset • **Veterans Are Encouraged to Apply***
