Responsibilities/Essential Functions: Project Support & Coordination Provides day to day support to assigned groups including Group Vice President, Field Operation Leaders as well as both union and non-union hourly employees across multiple locations within an assigned territory/geography. Acts as first line resource to managers and hourly employees on human resources issues and partners with them to implement solutions. Responsible for employee relations activities, investigations, complaint resolution, employee advocacy, monitoring, reporting and analytics to drive organizational performance. Partners with leaders on talent acquisition strategies, performance management, development, succession and compensation planning. Partners with leadership teams to continually evaluate and develop all employees within the organization. This would include career planning and skill development. Ensures compliance and consistency to HR practices, policies, and adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations both as a consultant and oversight to all location teammates within assigned territory/geography. This includes ADA accommodation requests, leave of absence review, worker's comp restriction review. Leads value-added initiatives and projects for Vestis including policy development and roll-out to assigned business partners. Provides guidance and direction to leadership team and employees on HR related topics, strategies, and initiatives. Conducts research and analysis on assigned HR projects.
