Position Summary: Vallen’s Project Manager - Integrated Supply (TOP Team Project Manager) is an individual contributor position responsible for managing enterprise-wide project initiatives that cross multiple functional areas (IT, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, etc.) and may impact both Vallen and/or customer business operations. They ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the stakeholders. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborates with stakeholders to identify and define project need, definition, scope, timeline, and resources for successful project delivery. Organizes and leads enterprise-wide projects. Project management duties include but are not limited to: Prepares and manages project plans and sub-plans Determines scope definition and project targets/milestones Designs the project schedule/timeline; sets project expectations Formulates the execution and delivery details Process Improvement facilitation and Process Mapping Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines or other performance indicators for quality, reliability, schedule, and cost Prepares and delivers senior leader and stakeholder communications and project progress reports Takes action to resolve and/or coordinate the resolution of problems to minimize delays or required project extensions Coordinates and/or assists with developing test plans, scenarios, and scripts; tracks go and no-go testing results for successful go-live activities Ensures projects are completed on time and within established quality standards. Signs off on project completion Conducts post-implementation analysis for continuous process/project delivery improvement Serves as a liaison between project teams, external clients, or other functional areas of the organization. Prepares change management plans; leads and facilitates change management activities. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: Supply Chain Management 3-5+ years of successful project management leading projects of significant Enterprise scope/impact Change Management certification preferred Expertise with Microsoft Project or functionally similar project management tool(s) Proficiency with MS-Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the technical aptitude to learn all company specific programs and software applications. Demonstrated proficiency with Visio or functionally similar applications. Knowledge of ISO standards Strong ability to work independently with little supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence the actions of others. Demonstrate planning, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Quality mindset with attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness. Position Summary: Join our exciting & dedicated team at Vallen as a Lead Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) Coordinator. In this position, you are responsible for providing leadership and training to other VMI associates. Additionally, you will deliver and manage inventory at customers' designated sites. You will perform the physical or administrative tasks involved in storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. You may also assist management as necessary to coordinate the work of others to ensure proper client coverage and support. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provides leadership and training mentorship to assigned VMI associates. Drives company commercial vehicles to transport and deliver goods to designated locations in a safe manner and in compliance with all State and Federal DOT standards and regulations. Assist with VMI customer space/placement, sets up the appropriate area to receive shipment of material, stocks the product in the customer's designated area. Follows the customer order through from pick-up at Vallen's warehouse/DC to delivery and set up at customer site. Works to ensure the accuracy of shipments to the customer. Perform VMI functions at vending point of use areas: loading, receiving and minor repairs or changes, including mandatory communication with direct supervisor and the sales team. Takes customer spot buy orders when needed and relays the information to the CSR or Account Rep. Recommends changes to the customer inventory levels based on usage. Scans bins at customer site to generate customer orders Ensures that bar code labels are up to date and legible for scanners to read or prints out the appropriate bar code labels as needed. Collects data from VMI team on min/max, reorder point/quantity and reports observations back to managements. Assist in the annual inventory (cycle) counts on consigned customer sites. Assist in the development of customer specific instruction manual for use by local VMI team members. Presents information and respond to questions from clients, customers, and managers. 5S all VMI Point of Use areas. Performs other duties as requested. Job Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 4 years' relevant experience or training in warehouse, inventory counting or delivery Valid driver's license that complies with Vallen's standards. Willingness to learn and work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature. Must be a self-starter with the willingness to work with supervision.
