Drive market growth by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and building relationships with stakeholders. | Requires 5+ years in market development or related roles, with strong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills. | POSITION SUMMARY The Market Development Manager will be responsible for driving market growth across U.S. AutoForce in both new and underperforming markets while building relationships with key stakeholders. This individual will coordinate cross-functionally to drive and deliver growth initiatives within a specified region, partnering closely with local Business Consultants, Regional Sales Managers and the Regional Vice President. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to drive business growth. Develop, implement, and evaluate market strategies and plans. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners and industry influencers. Collaborate closely across all aspects of the business including logistics, pricing, product management and marketing to drive market growth. Create and refine process flows to improve communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Conduct market research and analysis while staying abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Leverage data and analytics to drive strategies that remove frictions and increase efficiency and effectiveness. Drive a culture of sustainable continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. QUALIFICATIONS Required: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years progressive experience within market development, business development, sales or similar role. Strong working knowledge of internal systems and how to utilize them for maximum efficiency. Proven ability to successfully manage and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Ability to build and develop strong working relationships. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. High motivation for continuous improvement and ability to drive impact. Superior analytical and strategic thinking skills. Ability to independently identify problems, propose, execute and evaluate solutions. Directors, Client Success must represent the entire range of Breakthrough product offerings to clients and continually identify opportunities to add client value and drive revenue growth. This position will be located in Green Bay, WI with options for hybrid or remote work. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Establish strong, professional, and ongoing relationships with key stakeholders within assigned clients. Elevate key stakeholders to VP Transportation and Sustainability Leadership. Utilize Salesforce to map all client relationships and coordinate account planning for collaboration across functions within Breakthrough. Understand and be able to articulate the value proposition of all Breakthrough product offerings and demonstrate the application, specific and unique to each client engagement. Quarterly or semi-annual cadence of client value engagements. Lead strategy and change management to enable value through new client implementations. Encourage early use of extended freight and sustainability tools for clients to obtain full value after implementation and expand deep sale opportunities. Identify opportunities to deliver additional value to current clients and coordinate associated deep selling activities to drive revenue with product sales leaders. Lead client discovery in product introductions and engage product leads in further sales activity. Lead the account planning cycle to deliver extraordinary value and service to the client through the development of 1- and 3-year strategic roadmaps. Share experiences and develop best practices among Client Delivery team. Mentor, provide feedback, and development opportunities for Client Account Managers in alignment with Team Leads. Works with Human Resources to schedule interviews, hiring, training and managing issues as necessary. Proactively manages the safety programs to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Provide monthly documented safety meetings. Investigate driver vehicle and workers compensation accidents by completing appropriate documentation, investigating incidents and taking corrective action. Leads and supports loss prevention efforts by ensuring security equipment is maintained and facilities and secure. Partners with Sales to ensure the field operations associates are proactive in meeting customer needs. Assists with goal oriented strategic priorities, project management and process improvement initiatives. Manage and participate in business acquisitions, warehouse moves and special projects. Plans and manages the warehouse operational expenses to meet financial goals and expense policies. Motivates, organizes and encourages teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met. Trains staff and monitors performance and progress. Oversees the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment.
