We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our fast-growing team and help shape the future of embedded content creation. You’ll work directly with the Head of Product and cross-functional teams to bring clarity, momentum, and focus to what we build and why. This is not a role for someone who wants to be told what to do. It’s for someone who thrives on ownership, learns fast, and wants to make a meaningful impact early in their product career. You’ll wear many hats, move fast, and help drive real outcomes for our users and our team. What You’ll Do Partner with engineering, customer success, and leadership to define, ship, and refine features that make our builders more powerful and intuitive. Regularly talk to developers and end-users to understand their workflows, pain points, and goals. Own small to mid-sized product initiatives end-to-end: from discovery and specs to launch and iteration. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the team. Write clear product specs and communicate rationale to stakeholders. Track usage, feedback, and performance of released features—and use that to inform future decisions. Help shape how we work by suggesting process improvements, tools, or approaches as we scale. Who You Are A self-starter who’s excited to take initiative, ask questions, and figure things out independently. Customer-obsessed: you love solving real problems for real people. Collaborative by nature—you make others around you better. Strong communicator who can write clearly and concisely. Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by wearing multiple hats. Technically curious—you don’t need to be an engineer, but you enjoy learning how things work. What You’ll Need 2–3 years of experience in product management or a related role in a tech company. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product development cycles. Demonstrated ability to ship something—whether a feature, tool, process, or product. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Developer Advocate to join our growing team at Unlayer. As a Developer Advocate, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our product development team and our developer community. Responsibilities Create and maintain technical documentation, tutorials, and sample code for Unlayer's APIs and SDK Engage with the developer community through forums, social media, and events to promote Unlayer's products and gather feedback Develop and deliver technical presentations, workshops, and webinars to educate internal teams and developers on Unlayer's capabilities Collaborate with the product team to incorporate developer feedback into future product roadmaps Assist in troubleshooting and resolving developer issues Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues reported by internal teams and customers, including but not limited to user interface problems, integration issues, and API errors. Provide clear and concise instructions to coworkers and customers on how to resolve technical issues, both independently and through guided troubleshooting sessions. Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on product improvements and enhancements. Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to empower coworkers and customers to self-serve and reduce support inquiries. Requirements 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in web technologies Advanced understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript & SDK Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience with public speaking and presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences Passion for developer tools and email marketing technologies Must be able to work EST or CST hours Preferred Qualifications Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Experience with email design and development Understanding of Vanilla JS, Vue, Angular and React a plus Previous experience in a developer relations or advocacy role Contributions to open-source projects Familiarity with customer support software (ie: Intercom) and ticketing systems is a plus
