Position Overview:As a Welding Instructor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and skills of our students. You'll be the backbone of our procurement process, ensuring we have the right resources at the right time, all while providing exceptional support and strategic insights. Position Overview As a Purchasing and Operations Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across the board. You'll use our eProcurement system to manage requisitions, track expenses, and support the financial health of our education program. Responsibilities Utilize our eProcurement system to create and manage requisitions for goods, equipment, and services. Partner with business leaders to develop analytical solutions and manage projects from start to finish. Provide support for budgeting, expense tracking, reporting, and invoice reconciliation. Assist with inventory management and prepare supplies for new program and campus launches. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field. Experience: 2 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or purchasing with multi-location oversight is preferred. Travel: Overnight travel (20%) Skill #1: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Skill #2: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers and stakeholders. Skill #3: The initiative and accountability to complete tasks with minimal supervision. Skill #4: The capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
