Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential. | What success looks like in this role: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Presentation Designer with a strong foundation in graphic design to elevate our visual storytelling across executive-level presentations, pitch decks, and branded materials. This role blends creativity with strategic thinking, requiring a designer who can transform complex ideas into compelling visual narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities: Presentation Design: Create visually stunning presentations using PowerPoint. Collaborate with executives, marketing colleagues, and other teams to develop high-impact pitch decks, investor presentations, and client-facing materials. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries. Graphic Design: Design supporting assets including infographics, digital ads, social media graphics, and print and digital collateral. Develop custom icons, illustrations, and visual elements to enhance storytelling. Assist in branding initiatives and visual identity development. Creative Strategy: Translate abstract concepts into clear, engaging visuals. Provide creative direction and design consultation to stakeholders. Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate output. You will be successful in this role if you have: Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in presentation design and graphic design. Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and Figma. Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Experience working with executives, supporting teams and handling confidential information. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects or similar). Familiarity with UI/UX principles. Portfolio showcasing high-end presentation work and diverse design projects. This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology.
