As a Solution Architect, you'll collaborate with clients to translate complex business requirements into robust architectural designs while ensuring alignment with enterprise roadmaps and architecture principles. Your expertise will shape the future of automation implementation, empowering organizations to achieve operational excellence through our industry-leading Agentic Automation platform. What you'll do at UiPath Participate in process discovery and design meeting and create solution design documents and test plans that set projects up for success Participate in client-facing scoping discussions and prepare work effort estimates Create and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and provide mentorship to developers to elevate team capabilities Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend best practices for implementations, custom solutions, and the UiPath Enterprise Platform Collaborate with client IT development teams to ensure architectural solutions translate into effective implementations Analyze client requirements and provide expert recommendations related to software, platform, and network configurations As needed assist with developing, testing, deploying, and documentation automation workflows that drive successful adoption of UiPath products What you'll bring to the team 5+ years of experience in the software industry with a strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture and IT systems 3+ years of UiPath experience in an Architect role with Advanced Developer Certification 2+ years of .NET Suite (C# or VB.net) experience with ability to develop workflows and custom activities Recent experience with large language models and agentic implementations Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluent English proficiency Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments Nice-to-have Skills: Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex automation projects Knowledge of complementary technologies that enhance automation implementations Background in process optimization and business analysis methodologies Vertical/Industry experience with customers in financial services, public sector, manufacturing, or healthcare and life sciences Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Your mission We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer with a specialization in serving the public sector. In this role, you will be at the forefront of UiPath's mission to empower government agencies, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations with innovative automation solutions through UiPath's Automation Platform. As a Public Sector Sales Engineer, you will leverage your technical prowess and deep understanding of public sector challenges to help these organizations achieve greater efficiency, transparency, and citizen satisfaction through automation. What you'll do at UiPath • Public Sector Expertise: Develop expertise in the unique challenges, regulations, and compliance standards that shape the landscape for public sector organizations. • Solution Customization: Collaborate closely with our sales teams to tailor solutions based on UiPath's Automation Platform to meet the precise needs of public sector clients. Ensure that solutions align with regulatory and security requirements. • Technical Demonstrations: Conduct targeted product demonstrations, showcasing how UiPath's Automation Platform can deliver measurable benefits to public sector entities. Highlight use cases that drive operational improvements and cost savings. • Requirements Analysis: Engage with public sector customers to gather and analyze their specific technical requirements. Translate these requirements into practical automation solutions that align with their missions and objectives. • Proof-of-Concept (POC): Design, configure, and execute POCs that are tailored to public sector clients. These POCs should serve as compelling evidence of how UiPath's Automation Platform can enhance their operations. • Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver technical presentations to a diverse audience of public sector stakeholders, including government officials, IT professionals, and compliance officers. Effectively communicate the benefits and ROI of automation adoption. • Collaborative Sales Approach: Collaborate closely with Sales Account Executives to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to public sector clients. Provide the essential technical expertise needed to navigate complex procurement processes. • Compliance and Security: Ensure that solutions built on UiPath's Automation Platform meet the stringent security and compliance standards of public sector organizations. Address concerns related to data privacy, security, and auditing. • Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation and case studies that highlight successful automation deployments within the public sector.
