Full Description

Life at UiPath The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power. To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose. Could that be you? The Role: This role accelerates adoption across UiPath's agentic automation portfolio: Agent Builder, Evals, Enterprise Context, LLM Gateway, pro-code SDKs, and more. You'll work horizontally across the product surface, partnering with customers, sales, FDE, and product teams to identify what's blocking adoption, creatively unblock, and make sure learnings flow back into the platform fast. This is not a traditional "own the roadmap" PM role and is much more high-agency and cross-cutting. The right candidate will have deep technical chops in agentic AI, strong product instincts, and strong bias for action. You'll spend real time with customers and field teams: diagnosing friction, building use cases, running workshops, building creative workarounds to bridge gaps in the product. Crucially, you will turn these insights into clear inputs for the teams who own each piece of the stack. Your north star is measurable growth in enterprise adoption of agentic automation on UiPath. What You Will Do: Drive adoption across the full agentic portfolio by finding and removing barriers to customer success. Work directly with customers on discovery, pilots, and production deployments. Build firsthand understanding of how agents get built, where they break, and what it takes to scale them. Partner with sales and FDE on pipeline strategy and deal support. Bring real technical credibility on agentic automation to customer conversations. Spot adoption bottlenecks and get creative solving them, whether it's a missing feature, a docs gap, an integration issue, or a positioning problem. Drive fast resolution across the org. Build compelling use cases, reference architectures, and solution patterns that show the value of UiPath's agentic capabilities across industries. Run enablement programs (trainings, workshops, demo environments, office hours) that raise agentic automation fluency across sales, FDE, partners, and CS. Create a tight feedback loop between the field and product. Systematically capture what you're hearing and translate it into actionable inputs for the PMs who own each component. Track adoption metrics: agent deployments, activation, consumption, use-case breadth, field-reported blockers. Use the data to help teams prioritize. Collaborate across engineering, product, security, AI/ML, and GTM to unblock adoption and make sure releases land well in the field. Represent UiPath's agentic automation story at industry events, partner engagements, and customer briefings. What We are Looking For: 10+ years in product management, solutions engineering, technical GTM, or similar. Strong track record driving adoption of enterprise software. Deep technical understanding of agentic AI: frontier models, tool-calling, RAG, context engineering, vector databases, agent design patterns. Comfortable going deep with both engineering teams and customers. Strong product instincts. You can see across a portfolio, find the highest-leverage problems, and make crisp prioritization calls. Real experience working with customers and field teams to drive adoption, develop use cases, and turn feedback into product improvements. Creative and resourceful. You find workarounds, build bridges, and unblock adoption even when the product isn't perfect. Great communication skills. You can write a compelling use-case narrative, run a technical workshop, and make complex agentic concepts click for both technical and business audiences. Familiarity with enterprise/regulated environments: on-prem/hybrid deployment, data governance, security-sensitive requirements. Data-driven. You use adoption telemetry and field signals to focus effort and measure impact. Strong cross-functional leadership. You influence and align product, engineering, field, and business stakeholders without direct authority. #LI-MH1 Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned. Many of our roles allow for flexibility in when and where work gets done. Depending on the needs of the business and the role, the number of hybrid, office-based, and remote workers will vary from team to team. Applications are assessed on a rolling basis and there is no fixed deadline for this requisition. The application window may change depending on the volume of applications received or may close immediately if a qualified candidate is selected. We value a range of diverse backgrounds, experiences and ideas. We pride ourselves on our diversity and inclusive workplace that provides equal opportunities to all persons regardless of age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression, national origin, disability, neurodiversity, military and/or veteran status, or any other protected classes. Additionally, UiPath provides reasonable accommodations for candidates on request and respects applicants' privacy rights. To review these and other legal disclosures, visit our privacy policy.
