Foster a culture of ownership, helping "Doers" within the firm develop their own "Seller" skill sets. • Quality Assurance: Perform high-level technical reviews of designs, permits, and reports to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Minimum Qualifications • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or a related field. • Experience: 15 years of experience in the environmental industry, with a proven track record of bringing in $1M+ in annual revenue through client relationships. • Technical Domain: Deep expertise in at least one Matrix core area: Hydrogeology, Environmental Remediation, or Brownfield Redevelopment. Preferred Qualifications • Licensure: Professional Geologist, NJ Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) and/or Professional Engineer (PE) license are preferred. • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and "storytelling" abilities-the ability to translate complex engineering challenges into value-driven solutions for clients. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
