What you will do Own the monthly CRM content strategy and content plan. Write and adapt content for email, WhatsApp, and SMS for different segments and funnel stages. Build campaigns and automated flows in Customer.io, including QA before sending. Understand segments, user statuses, and customer journey stages to choose the right message and timing. Maintain CRM hygiene: clean segments, correct statuses, stable flows, and up-to-date templates. Monitor Email/WhatsApp/SMS spending and apply smart routing to lower-cost channels. Requirements Proven experience in CRM / lifecycle / email marketing. Strong content thinking: ability to turn user pains into conversion-driven messaging. Experience creating FOMO-based communication (deadlines, limits, opportunity cost). Ability to think strategically, not just follow briefs. High attention to detail and operational discipline. Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across segments and funnels. Experience with Customer.io is a strong plus. This role blends financial analysis, HR metrics, and accounting processes to support workforce planning, compensation analysis, and data-backed decision-making as we scale. What you will do Support workforce planning and budgeting: Partner with Finance, People Operations and Stakeholders on headcount forecasting, cost modeling, and scenario analysis. Improve data accuracy and transparency: Reconcile HR data with financial systems, ensuring consistency across payroll, accruals, and reporting. Deliver actionable HR financial insights: Build and maintain reports and dashboards covering headcount, compensation, benefits, attrition metrics. In the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing customer data, creating trigger communications, and executing special email campaigns. The candidate must be highly analytical, able to identify customer segments, and be comfortable working with various communication channels, including email marketing, SMS. What you will do The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be working in our marketing and student communications departments. They’ll be responsible for the following: • Manage Marketing CRM Communications: Oversee email and SMS communications within Hubspot for leads prior to becoming customers. This includes managing abandoned cart flows, nurturing leads from organic and paid sources, and executing win-back campaigns; • Student-Facing CRM Communications: Develop and manage communications for customers post-purchase, including emails, SMS, and other notifications triggered by specific events (e.g., student inactivity, struggles with material, completion of bootcamp); • Mass Promotional Emails: Draft, design, and execute mass promotional email campaigns to engage and inform our audience; • Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of email and SMS campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement; • Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to identify areas of opportunity for enhancing existing communications and creating new automated workflows; • Compliance Management: Ensure all communications adhere to CAN-SPAM Act guidelines and TCPA compliance best practices. Requirements • Proven experience in CRM management, preferably within Hubspot; • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences; • Familiarity with analyzing campaign performance data and implementing improvements; • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (training on Planhat will be provided); • Proficiency in using collaboration tools such as JIRA, Slack, and Google Workspace.
