We’re looking for a Financial Analyst (HR Analytics) to join our Finance team and partner closely with stakeholders. This role blends financial analysis, HR metrics, and accounting processes to support workforce planning, compensation analysis, and data-backed decision-making as we scale. What you will do Support workforce planning and budgeting: Partner with Finance, People Operations and Stakeholders on headcount forecasting, cost modeling, and scenario analysis. Improve data accuracy and transparency: Reconcile HR data with financial systems, ensuring consistency across payroll, accruals, and reporting. Deliver actionable HR financial insights: Build and maintain reports and dashboards covering headcount, compensation, benefits, attrition metrics. Analyze large datasets: Work with complex HR and financial data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Enable better decision-making: Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for Finance, HR, and leadership. Optimize processes: Help streamline HR-related financial reporting and improve existing analytical workflows in Excel/Google Sheets. Collaborate cross-functionally: Act as a trusted partner to HR, Accounting, and FP&A teams on people-related financial topics. Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a related analytical role (FP&A, HR analytics, accounting analytics, or similar). Strong understanding of HR metrics (e.g., headcount compensation structure) and how they impact financial outcomes. Solid knowledge of accounting processes, including payroll, accruals, and expense recognition. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling. Ability to work with large datasets and perform structured, detail-oriented data analysis. Clear communication skills, with the ability to present insights to non-financial stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fast-growing, remote-first environment.
