Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rockwall, TX, for an Employee Benefits Specialist. The Employee Benefits Specialist will be responsible for administering employee benefits, managing insurance plans, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include handling benefits enrollment, addressing employee inquiries, overseeing account management, and ensuring benefits packages are competitive and compliant with regulations.
